Now we’re looking for Stock Plan Administrator, you’ll be a part of our Global HR Team.
Job overview:
The Stock Plan Administrator will lead the administration of our global long-term incentive programs. Equity awards are planned to be a significant component of total compensation at Noventiq. Reporting to the Global C&B Manager, you will work with many teams across the company including Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HR functions, and will be the expert on global equity award administration.
What you’ll do:
Administer all types of global equity plans, including Stock Options and RSUs. Noventiq is currently listed at the London Stock Exchange;
Process grants, exercises and terminations partnering with HR, Payroll, Legal and Tax, using Board minutes, consents;
Make sure all GDPR guidelines are followed to guarantee data protection of all parts involved;
Input equity activity in equity platform and ensure that equity activity is complete and accurate including demographic information;
Reconcile and support grants, exercise and releases, termination and cancelation activity to ensure plan compliance and accurate financial reporting related to equity compensation matters
Prepare board materials related to equity;
Help with equity plan design and drafting award agreements;
Lead on employee educational materials and resources collaborating with Corporate Communication and Employee Communications teams;
Manage internal controls and testing, including SOX processes and audits
Develop process improvements including automation projects for the equity administration process and substitution of current equity platforms to new platform such as Compushare or Shareworks;
Maintain Process Documentation as per legal and organizational requirements;
Ability in explaining equity matters to employees in a simple way
Ad hoc projects including support to C&B Team
About you:
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
5+ years or more of experience in equity administration or equivalent specific related field
Experience with company stock ownership and the full cycle of equity transactions, general knowledge of global taxation
Equity administration experience in a listed company, general knowledge of regulatory and legislative matters that impact compensation
Financial knowledge related to executive compensation programs (general understanding of tax/accounting/legal/regulatory issues)
Familiar with Shareworks/Compushare or any other stock option platforms.
