Current Opening:

We are looking for a full-time “Trainee Video Content Creator” to join our media team. As a video content creator, you will ideate and create engaging video content for all online portals and social media. You will collaborate with other content writers to produce well researched, engaging and high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualizing different types of videos and producing content in multiple video formats like reels, shorts, explainer videos etc.

2. Conducting online interviews with our customers and influencers.

3. Undertaking thorough research before creating the video.

4. Actively conducting QnA’s and live sessions.

5. Ideating and writing engaging scripts.

6. Checking video quality and copyright issues before uploading.

7. Uploading videos on different platforms and monitoring engagement, views, subscribers and traffic.

Who can apply?

Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2023 – Bachelors / Masters degree in any stream can apply.

Selection Process (Online/Virtual):

1. Screening/Shortlisting of Resume
2. Assignment
3. Interview with Dept Head
4. Final Interview with the Founder

Duration:

● Trainee period – 6 Months

● Type – Full time

● Hours – 8.5 Hours (42.5 hours a week)
● Stipend – INR 12,000 per month
● After successful completion of the training period, based on performance and business requirement, the trainee will be absorbed on the payroll of the company with a CTC of INR
5,00,000 p.a.

Joining Date:

Join us on payroll after successful completion of the training period and completion of academics.

Location:

We are a fully remote working organization. The entire process from application to selection will be virtual/online mode. Post joining the working mode will be online/work from home.
