Amadeus Looking for Trainer at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Trainer

Job Location- Delhi

Common accountabilities:

• Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline.

Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.

• Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
• Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific accountabilities:
Trainer

Set instructional objectives and design training sessions and courses for customized courses.

Select, sequence and structure the training sessions to achieve training objectives.

Deliver training courses in India and India subcontinents, across the customer segment base – Retail, Corporate, Business Travel and Online.

Manage pre and post course management activities.

Collaborate with Learning Content manager for the update of training documents.

Maintain internal and external relationships with departments responsible for defining Amadeus products and customers in order to maintain and up-date the existing instructional resources.

Use the established evaluation process to ensure the continuing relevance of training to business needs.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in providing consultancy to PM/PD for selected existing / new training sessions.

Coordinator:
Training plan for Amadeus products:

• According to resources availability and Trainers competencies, schedule yearly training plan based on previous year activity and ad-hoc requests
• Update SRM accordingly.

Support to trainees:

• Provides assistance in some shared tasks in Amadeus Learning Universe.
• Provide assistance and answer to Commercial team on any aspect related to Training details.
• Ensure that the latest schedule is posted in Amadeus Learning Universe.

Reporting:

• Manage the Billing activity in case of Premium service for on-site or dedicated courses, or eLearning specific contract (quotation, Invoicing).
