Apart from selling products with themed designs such assuperheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latestyouth style and fashion trends. Over the years, we have builta strong team of like-minded people that work smart, own their work, and think like leaders.If you identify with what we do and are interested in being a part of an aggressively growingbrand, we would love to have you on board.Roles & Responsibilities :Trend Forecasting – picking right trends that would shape the brands look for SS/AW and collections.Silhouette Library Development – Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear (Apparel Category Development)Sales Analysis of all categories + Returns Analysis.Fabric/Trim library management.Colour Management across all fabrics.Overlooking Sampling and Approvals (with PD Team).Overlooking CAD + Tech-pack Team for the entire Range of Menswear, Womenswear & Kidswear.Range Plan for Non-Graphic Range – Fashion, Buying, Core/Basics (with Strategy’s count) (new cuts, silhouettes, fabrics) as additions with graphic Designs for SS/AW.Vendor Management – with the SCM team.Model Selection Analysis + Website Mockup Selection + Shoot direction + Celeb Shoot Management.Styling guidance and Celeb Shoot overlook.IPL merchandise management.Skills & Qualifications :Proficient with different design softwares like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.Superior knowledge of fashion design principles.Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style.In-depth knowledge of garment technology.Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools.Strong interpersonal, communication and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams and colleagues as necessary.A keen eye for aesthetics and details.Team player with ability to prioritize & handle multiple projects to meet deadlines.Education & Experience :5-8 years experience working in a similar field.Graduate in Fashion or similar degree.
