As the HR and Legal Manager at EzyLift, you will serve as a critical link between legal compliance, intellectual property rights (IPR), trademarks, patents, and human resources management. This role requires a versatile professional capable of balancing legal expertise with HR functions in an industrial manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities:Legal Compliance:1. Monitor Legal Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to industrial manufacturing.2. Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and provide guidance to mitigate them effectively.3. Contracts Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including supplier agreements, employee contracts, and confidentiality agreements.4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Protect and manage the company’s intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Conduct periodic audits to safeguard IPR assets.5. Legal Research: Stay up-to-date with evolving legal requirements in the manufacturing industry and advise senior management on legal implications.Trademark Management:6. Trademark Protection: Manage and protect the company’s trademarks, including filing for new trademarks, renewals, and defending against infringements.7. Trademark Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive trademark strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.HR Management:8. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding of new employees.9.
