Walk by inspection as per checklist for equipment maintenance – reporting anomalies.

Preventive maintenance – in-running attainable points like greasing, lubrication

Planning for next day work order, agency planning, material planning

Planning material requisition in SAP and service requisition in SAP for advance availability

Resolving issues of breakdown in the machines and taking corrective actions

RCA (Why-why) analysis to avoid recurring breakdowns by having daily meetings

Recording of equipment status, running parameters

Opportunity maintenance monthly/daily – as per checklist of anomalies and report prepared schedule of maintenance to be done.

Qualification required : Diploma in Mechanical / B.E. (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Qualifications:
DXPF3.Bachelor of Engineering

Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
