Role Summary
To support the Global Credit Control team by helping to collect and reduce outstanding debt.
What will you do
Support Credit Control team
Support to reduce outstanding debt.
Dealing with customer queries, via telephone & email.
Monitoring the Credit Control inbox daily
Processing credit card payments via PayPal
Liaising with the Sales and Order Processing teams regarding customer queries, credit accounts, and order disputes.
Creating customer accounts in Salesforce and SAP
Performing credit checks on Partners & Distributors
Posting incoming customer payments
Any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time
Recovery of outstanding debt:
Chasing outstanding debt via telephone & email
Sending out copy invoices/credit notes, statements, and final demands
Overseeing a large volume of debtors globally
Providing support to Credit Controllers for their country specific ledgers
Support team to help achieve monthly collection targets
Other Ad hoc duties
What you will bring
Essential:
Great customer service skills –written and verbal
General administrative skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fast learner
Able to Prioritise workload
Organised
Team player
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Desirable:
Credit control experience – business to business
Use of SAP and Salesforce
Good knowledge of Excel
Conflict handling
Negotiation skills
The job is on 6 months contract. Employee would be working on US shift timings.
