Job Description
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and source IT candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements Analysis: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Talent Pipe lining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise on hiring strategies.
Requirements
Professional certification in HR or recruiting.
Experience with technical assessments and skills testing.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.
