Acts as a first point of contact for all customer inquiries and takes full ownership of the solution in front of the customer for every query that the customer brings. Delivers professional service to customers by phone/email in order to provide exceptional customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction. Completes daily and weekly tasks to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction in conjunction with other team within the CXC (ETAC, Application Support) and back office functions based on the CX Responsibility Matrix. Monitors open cases and acts as an owner of the customer enquiries, ensuring accountability from the other departments. Contributes to achieve specific CXC related targets as defined in the CXC KPI’s while complying with AB Sciex policies and procedures.
