Job Resposiblity :-

Key Objective of the Job:

1. Meeting Customers along with RSM / SM while origination of the deal

2. Co-ordinate with Developer along with RSM / SM for obtaining Project data

3. To appraise the data & do initial due diligence of the proposal.

4. Prepare the complete CAM, project cash flows and present (to approving authority) proposals for construction

finance for approval.

5. To facilitate disbursement and post disbursement monitoring.

6. Post disbursement regular monitoring of the project funded

7. Subsequent tranche disbursements

8. Issuance of NOC to sell the units/ apartments

Educational Qualification:

CA/MBA with relevant experience 1-8 years in Real Estate / Construction Finance credit.
