Responsible for handling overall Quality control and assurance activities at the

processing plant.

Carry our inbound Raw material analysis for fresh chilled Meat and Fish products.

Conduct daily pre operational plant audits of processing plant.

Documentation of all the regulatory and operation compliance applicable for processing.

Train the staff on food safety.

Experience : 3 – 9 Years
