Summary:

As part of the global Reporting Center of Excellence (COE), this position delivers standardized, accurate & actionable data in a timely manner that supports cross-functional and enterprise-wide teams, allowing them to make business decisions. Specifically, this position will play a key role in data acquisition, data manipulation, automation-techniques, and final report creation for both, report-writing and complex dashboard requests in SAP and Non-SAP solutions (primarily SAC in SAP S/4 HANA).

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

1. SAC Report Generation

• Assist in the development and delivery of ADHOC and Project-Driven Reporting requests (e.g. identifying requirements, coordinating set-up, and investigating data sources/data via Data Mining and working with IS support)
• Designing, building, and delivering complex SAP analytics solutions (Specifically SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Development)
• Building reports and dashboard in SAC connected live to BW system, Optional experience with SAC planning
• QA Logic, Data, and Reporting Output
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of architecture and discuss how the solution’s specific features, characteristics, functionality, and design will meet business requirements for Report Stakeholders.
• Demonstrate solutions to business users and coordinate Unit testing, Functional Testing, UAT and Go live.
• Establish workflow documentation (e.g. Reports catalog, Definitions, Processes, etc.)
• Conduct User design session, including demo’s.
• Translate user requirements into solution design for development and implementation of business technology solutions.

2. Support Other Enterprise Data & Reporting Strategies

• Assist in the change management and migration of current Reporting COE business practices/reports to align with our enterprise-wide S4 Reporting and Data Strategy.
• Assist in working with cross-functional IS teams to optimize and centralize Reporting COE’s best practices via implementation and documentation of SAP Best Practices for Analytics with SAP S/4HANA.
• Support other Reporting Efforts that may require blending multiple sources of data from SAP and Non-SAP sources.

3. Report Maintenance

• Assist in the maintenance of existing reports and dashboards
• Ensure reports and dashboards are up-to-date and continue to be processed within the Reporting COE’s Service Level Agreements

Must have Skills/Experience:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with S/4HANA data structures.
• Familiarity with some of these – Embedded Analytics, Fiori, ABAP, BW/4, SAC, Power BI.
• Experience in Estimation, Scoping and Implementation of Analytics reports across all business areas.
• Experience with BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Native HANA modeling.
• Able to conduct design and code reviews to ensure the solution delivered conforms to IT and team standards and quality software delivery practices.
• Must be open to work flexible hours depending on the need of the business.

Good to have Skills/ Experience:

• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) technologies for SAP and Non-SAP analytics solutions
• Knowledge on SAP Business processes and functional aspects in OTC, SCM and Finance
• Hands on SQL and ABAP experience (Function Modules, BADI, BAPI, RFCs, Extractors).
• Experience of working on Onsite and Offshore Model.
• Programming like Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) – Power BI, SQL, Python etc.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree: Business, Mathematics, Computer Science-related (Economics, Administration, International Business, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, etc.) OR equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience
