15+ years in IT/Engineering and 4+ years experience as a people manager.
Industry experience in Retail domain is a must.

Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
Understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in working collaboratively at all levels of the organization.

Experience in Agile methodologies is highly valued along with project tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
