ROLE: Brand Director/Group Account Manager
LOCATION: MUMBAI
We are looking for a seasoned client servicing professional from a Integrated background.
You are expected to be a strategic client contact and advisor, with visible ongoing engagement with key clients. You should understand strategic planning and have a bend towards consumer insight mining. Whilst retention and growth of accounts is a key responsibility, you will also be expected to lead new business pitches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Oversee and maintain client relationship, performance, and P&L for multiple accounts for Mumbai locations.
● Identify new opportunities to grow account and agency billings across different communication media
● Identify areas of research and guide the team in conducting the research to identify consumer insights
● Provide strategic insights and direction to the internal team and client
● Responsible for client satisfaction and client delight and revenue growth of targeted accounts
● Design/ adapt processes to increase internal efficiency and timely delivery of projects
● Conduct regular status reviews with clients and internal team
● Mentor and guide the Brand team
SKILLS, ABILITIES and BACKGROUND:
● Have an entrepreneurial mindset – be hungry for growth and have a sense of urgency
● Track record of growing and developing relationships with client companies and a history of enthusiasm in adding value to these relationships
● Be able to lead pitches and work for growth of business
● Proven track record of team management
● Have at least 5-6 years’ experience in Client Servicing in a mainline agency
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
