Job Description:The Regional Sales Manager is vital position and is responsible for the revenue of region wise to make it profitable. The position is responsible for generating sales across your region in all our key revenue streams like Room Sales, banquet, etc. A strong “People Person” with excellent communication skills, a positive persuasive personality and with diligent attention to detail, whilst ensuring an exemplary experience for all customers is required.REQUIREMENT:·         This would be a regional Sales position.·         Candidate will be responsible for generating Sales for Goa-Amoravida Resort.·         Candidate MUST be based in North Goa.·         Candidate must have an understanding of the existing corporate market.·         Candidate should have experience working in and generating sales from Goa and neighboring region.·         Candidate must have experience working in Hotel Industry – Room Sales.·         Knowledge of the “Agent market” would be useful.·         Hybrid Position. Candidate will not have to report to Office every day. Expected to WFH, visit corporates and close deals.·         Candidate must have a minimum 3 years’ experience in the same industry profile.
