This team is responsible for streamlining & creating new categories that will spearhead the next wave of Aakash’s business growth. We are looking for Associate Category Manager to join our team! As a Associate Category Manager at Aakash, you will be responsible for managing an assigned group of products. You will be the one responsible for new product design, pricing, promotion & placement of the assigned product group with the goal to maximise revenue for the organisation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Developing the complete strategy for the assigned category to meet the organization goals.Creating new product formats/course designs in the category to drive sales and achieve targets.Streamline & rationalize existing product/course-mix & pricing to optimize scholarships & maximize revenueResearch Competitors & Market for appropriate pricing, promotion & new course definitions. Followed by Post-facto analysis.Creates Central Intelligence around course offerings at the Branch-level that would become the part of business inputs for any technology-aided innovations.Work closely with Sales Teams to determine optimal pricing through analysis of sales trends, competitors & buying behavior to promote sales opportunities and find new ways of expanding product categoriesBusiness Analytics – data driven insights on ARPU, enrollments, renewal rates, course mix to drive overall portfolio growth.
