Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities : Facilitate or lead large-scale, application packaging efforts for a variety of customers with differing requirements -Complete the packaging of physical, mobile and virtual customer applications using industry-standard tooling and processes-Manage assigned workloads/packaging queues in line with project and customer priorities-Complete troubleshooting of applications within complex customer environments and provide technical solutions to remediate the faults- Create technical/non-technical docs

Technical Experience : Software packaging toolsets, including Flexera Admin Studio, InstallShield LiquidWare, Application packaging formats, such as MSI, MSIX, EXE and scripting application installations-Packaging business applications for: Apple iOS, Android-Windows 10/Windows 11 Operating System and endpoint devices, including- Physical device hardware, Virtualized desktop platforms, such as Azure Virtual Desktop AVD, Windows 365 W365, Citrix VDI, and VMware Horizon, o Application Virtualization for Citrix, VMware

Professional Attributes : Passionate technologist with strong inter-personal and business skills, and a desire to grow both professionally and personally, Excellent Communication Skills,

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Additional Information : Ready to work in extended shifts – knowledge of Windows-as-a-Service, OS Deployment
