Acciona Looking for Construction Site Assistant at Karara, Rajasthan Full Time

We’re currently building the biggest wind farm (1,026MW) in the southern hemisphere and looking for a Site Assistant to join our MacIntyre Wind Project team.

Job Description

Monitor fencing, gates & signage, ensuring they remain secure, safe & operational;

Maintain any ACCIONA plant & amenities, and carry out routine checks;

Monitor and restock site and office consumables;

Place signage where required as directed;

Minor repair works (non-trade);

Spotter duties where required;

Traffic management duties where required;

Place minor environmental controls as directed;

General site housekeeping;

Labouring tasks as directed;

Participate in learning opportunities as required to maintain & improve key skills & knowledge areas;

Actively participate and comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures in all work planning and work practices;

Any other tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills and Competencies

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with proven skills in general maintenance.

Trade background favourable.

Construction industry White Card.

Valid Traffic Control ticket

Good communication skills.

Able to follow instruction & carry out duties as directed unsupervised.

Safety First work ethic.

A self starter who takes initiative in finding tasks requiring attention.

Effective communication and reporting.

A helpful attitude and good team focus.

Current Australian driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, heavy vehicle class viewed favourably.
