We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team! As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area and providing administrative support to the team.
Greet and assist visitors.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.

Process and distribute mail and packages.
Order and maintain office supplies.
High school diploma or equivalent
Certain experience of working as a receptionist
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
