POSITION TITLE: Service Logistics Coordinator – EIMEA – India (Gurgaon)
SUMMARY:
The Service Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the front-line supply chain operations which include the proper shipment, return, and related inventory accounting of service spare parts supporting the Regional Service Parts Network.
The Service Logistics Coordinator will maintain excellent relations with internal and external customers, vendors, and partners to achieve objectives with a cost-efficient mindset.
This role will be based in the Accuray offices in Gurgaon.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics Operations
Manage day-to-day Logistics issues in India with the Service Team and Carriers.
Troubleshoot potential deliveries roadblocks to meet the requested ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) at site.
Manage import and re-export in coordination with Third Party Logistics (3PL) customs and Finance.
Prepare shipping documentation (i.e.: Commercial Invoices) to support any transport, from/to/within India and Distributor countries.
Manage performance of local 3PL partners, monitor KPI’s and set action plan for improvement and customer satisfaction. Coordinate escalations & complaints matrix to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Support all Compliance aspects in line with local and international regulation, such as imports of specific commodity, transport of Dangerous Goods, Recycling per Waste management regulation and Carrier and Warehouse Audits
Support customs documentation and inventory transaction with Finance to ensure accurate GST declaration for domestic and international shipment.
Coordinate with 3PL and Field Service Team with regular Inventory counts
Inventory Management & Reverse Logistics
Accountable for inventory EIMEA accuracy in the ERP, taking into consideration field service and 3PL systems.
Monitors and reviews service part replenishments to ensure timeliness of receipts.
Monitors SAP transactions and determines root cause of failed transactions and resolves to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manages inventory related escalations from field service or distributors, resolves issues, and supports improvement opportunities.
Provides immediate service support for all parts not regionally available in the service network.
Assists with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and project requests as required.
Responsible for Return Material Authorization (RMA) flow from creation to closure and acts as the reference point for RMA operations and process for the region.
Monitors and resolves reverse logistics issues with field service, 3PL, and manufacturing.
Other
Manages and publishes KPIs to field service & management in alignment with regional functions.
Participates in regional supply chain and continuous improvement initiatives.
Acts as backup in the customer service operation.
Other duties as assigned according to business operational requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, data analytics or related field of study.
1-3 years of experience with inventory management in ERP systems
Experienced with International Logistics including export/import documentation, inventory control and 3PL warehousing.
Strong computer/data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a global team.
Customer service experience and focus with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to multitask with a high level of initiative and motivation.
Must be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude
Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Travel may be required to support operations (less than 10%)
Preferred:
Experience in a supply chain/logistics role in related medical or engineering industry
Experience with complex inventory flows and reconciliation
Understanding of compliance programs (SOX, ISO, FDA)
Working knowledge of SAP
