Work Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Food and Beverage operations, preferably from a 5-star hotel environment with a dynamic personality and go-getter attitude.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives
10+ years of senior management experience.
Multi-unit restaurant, corporate dining, or hotel experience.
Passion for food and hospitality.
Proven financial responsibility.
Proven coaching and teaching skills.
Proficiency in budget management.
Familiarity with business scaling and change management.
Effective communication and influencing skills.
Innovative problem-solving and decision-making.
Hands-on leadership approach to management and team development.
Well-versed in strategic planning and operational execution
Good knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labelling, natural food ingredients, and good manufacturing practices.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field.
Ten (15) years hotel leadership experience with a reputable hotel brand, preferably reputed hotels/ restaurant.
