He should be aware of all green sand parameters and processes involved in it.
Knowledge of core Quality tool (7 qc tool) and relevant QA &QC Activity.
Sound knowledge of internal quality system, Product, Process, system audit, CAPA, Quality Standard.
Aware of customer audit & having experience in handling customer complain- tracking, record and closer
He should have knowledge & analytic skill in rejection analysis of the casting defects
He should be good leader and able to handle the Quality team
He should be responsible for all quality audit documentation
He should be responsible for preparing QMS planning, Implementation, and evaluation of the plan.
He should have the knowledge of finding the risk and opportunity
He should play the role of Management Representative for the AUDIT (ISO 9001:2015. Kite Mark)
Identifying training needs of his team / train them and monitor their effectiveness
Communicate and consult with other departments and shifts, including shift supervisor, laboratories, and molding lines to ensure final product quality specifications are met
Monitor materials and supplies for quality and quantity by effectively communicating and consulting with purchase and store department
Ensure FTR (first time right) at all stages of the production processes
