Job Description:
1) Job Purpose
Overseeing daily business operations of Export Benefits, and their Compliances
Developing and implementing operational strategies.
Analyzing Export, Import & Benefits/Lics accounting and financial data
Obtaining Advance and EPCG Lics., and their Compliances for Aluminium, Copper and Chemical Business as well as Utkal Aluminium
Obtaining EODC from the DGFT for Advance / EPCG Licenses.
Cancellation of Bonds which were executed at the time of import against various Lic’s
Optimum Export Benefits
Coordination with Internal and External Customers
Coordination with Various Govt. Agencies and Banking activates
MIS & Monthly Report
Knowledge of frequent changes and revisions in Govt Laws, Policies Notifications, Rules & Regulations
Handling show-cause notice issued by customs & other Govt. departments.
Making representations to Govt. for formulating policies on export benefits, licences, etc.
Development of systems in ERP

Submission to the management by 10th of Every Month
Coordinate with CHA’s for Prov. / Final assessments, and close the loop in bank on the differential part so that no RBI query arises. Collect the differential DBK amount from the customs.
Monthly Accrual figure accessed from Oracle System where impact is derived on provisional pricing and then the figure is verified with Customs data.
Follow up with Clearing Agents / Customs for speedy processing.
Making representations to help formulate policies on export incentives, licenses by GOVT.
Identify and take up development of systems in ERP
Timely submission of relevant documents by coordinating with various Units / CHA to obtained EODC to avoid of payment of Duty along with Interest because of Non-Fulfilment of Export Obligation.
Administration & monitoring of Export Incentive Scheme
Obtained Advance Licenses for Copper Business for saving customs duty
Implementation of Export Documentation Process of Chemical Business.
Handling od’s increasingly high number of SCNs from Mumbai & other ports
Making representations to Govt. for formulating policies on export benefits, licenses, etc.
Development of systems in ERP – Advance License & EPCG schemes.
Advance & EPCG License utilization with monthly control of MIS.
Cancellation of BONDs from Various Customs Authorities which were executed at the time of importation of duty-free capital goods under EPCG Scheme.
Compliance matters with regulatory authority w.r.t. FEMA Regulations to avert any show cause or penal action on organisation.
