Role and Responsibility:
1. Assist the customers with online or offline queries via calls, chats, mails or in person regarding our courses, within suggested timeline
2. Support our current student base with respect to their concerns/feedback and maintain high level of student satisfaction
3. Provide regular work updates to seniors, esp. In case of any prominent issue or enquiry pattern
4. Ensure any new communication rollout is smoothly delivered to all the customer and student base
5. To also support the admin responsibilities of the institute involving coordination with multiple departments, daily report submissions, etc.
Required Skill Set:
1. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English
2. Should be soft spoken, take problem solving approach,efficient, eager to learn and have an eye for detail
3. Multitasking
4. Should have experience of atleast 1 year
5. Should be well versed with Microsoft – excel, word, powerpoint
