Working with our Customers

As a Major Account Executive, you will be developing the assigned territory and acquiring new customers. You will be maximizing new bookings, logos via a combination of assigned target list & business development.

As a Major Account Executive New Accounts, you will be responsible for:

Building & executing territory plans. Developing ecosystem of partners, consultants and influencers

Articulating Akamai’s value proposition to C-Level executives and corporate decision makers

Developing a strategic sales plan to create/manage a high-volume sales pipeline through successful execution

Working with integrated account teams to develop the assigned territory and build awareness about Akamai’s offerings.

Managing contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technologies

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:
Have 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

Have relevant industry connects with customers, partners and consultants.

Have been successful in consultative selling cloud-based offerings in enterprise including FSI, Hi-tech & Large enterprises

Possess understanding of the basic concepts of Web Security, Enterprise security, SASE & leading Cloud Service Providers.
