The position / About the Job:
In this job the Order Handler would be responsible for:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Being the contact window of customers to deal with orders.
Communicate with customers and act as a customer representative internal.
Support SC, BU and another Alfa Laval sites.
Execute administrative work with SOP as a base.
Registrate orders and monitor order settlement process (delay, move forward, orders on hold, TBA).
Handle returns, commission, credit/debit.
Handle, and administrate extras blocks and extra costs connected to orders.
Create order documentation relevant to the customer.
Act as a VMI coordinator, and register VMI orders.
Monthly check the status of SO and MO of complete orders before Jeeves closing and supervise other OHs to follow up.
Assist TM to check MO big diff and mark orders.
Ensure that orders are maintained and updated.
Train new staffs and give them essential coaching and help them when they meet difficulties.
Prepare quotes including parts detective (prices, delivery time and minor technical selection).
Focus on KPIs, engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
Develop and optimize SOP when required.
Assist QA to handle with Claims.
Be active in problem resolution.
Drive/contribute to continuous improvement.
Drive waste reduction activities.
Engaged in safety and quality work, report to TM / UM if issues with risk or quality identified. Responsible for personal improvements and competence development.
Attend SB and CSB meetings and transfer the issues within different departments.
Other tasks assigned by OH TM/UM.
Involve ALPS, and implement continuous improvement in the responsible field.
Who you are?
As a person who deliver a cross-functional service to the customer in order to meet the customer demands and secure timely and accurate communication to the customer as well as within the organization.
What you can be?
Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering from a reputed institute.
3 to 5 Years of experience in the same field.
Good English both oral and written.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience of working with ERP systems.
