The position / About the Job:
In this job the Warehouse Assistant would be responsible for:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Booking of transport of standard orders, documents, manuals etc.

Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with receiving country’s demand.

Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with Letter of Credit.

Following up on shipments according to Incoterms.

Invoicing of standard orders.

Booking of FCA shipments ad-hoc (import and domestic).

Approval of freight invoices and filing of documents.

What you can be?

Good English both oral and written.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications & experience

2-5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Shipping and Supply Chain Management. Proficient in MS-Office, EXCELL, and ERP systems from the engineering industry
