Assist in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, staffing requirements, tracking project progress, and identifying and resolving obstacles. Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
Responsibilities
1. Work closely with project managers and team members to develop, manage, and control project schedules utilizing current project management scheduling tools.
2. Gather, collect, record, track and verify data from multiple sources to monitor and coordinate projects on a day-to-day basis.
3. Use software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations for project management.
4. Track major milestones, cost, and resource allocations, and identify and resolve routine issues to enhance workflow.
5. Prepare project-related documents to support communications between project staff, vendors, contractors, client staff, and management.

Qualifications
Education: High School or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to work on a team.
Travel: Some travel may be required.
