Position Summary:
We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The content creator will update existing material and generate novel work. As the content creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing content (including web pages, videos, print, and digital graphics) for the company, which will be published on the company’s websites and social media pages. Moreover, creators are expected to work simultaneously with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. Candidates will also be required to brainstorm and suggest newer ways and platforms increase their current customer segment and increase the target market. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering useful and appealing online information about our company and products. The Content Creator Will:
Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems while working with the marketing department to get an understanding of the short-term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics, 4D interactive product renderings) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws while following and enforcing brand guidelines
Oversee content shared on all social media platforms
Create, manage, and execute a content calendar
Collect and review analytics, including SEO, for new insights
Content Creator Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, or a similar field
3 – 5 years of relevant content marketing experience. Experience working at a marketing agency or consulting is a strong plus.
Experience creating strong, engaging content in simple and beautiful language
An understanding of SEO best practices with proficiency in web traffic metrics
Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing in English
Developed team working skills to collaborate with various departments and work in alignment with them, coordinated with the capacity to work independently
Experience uploading content to various content management systems such as WordPress, Sitecore, Loomly/Hootsuite, Act-On, etc.
Experience with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, for large-scale materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the following software is a plus:
4D rendering (Canvas, CAD)
Thinkific or other online-based training creation and maintenance
eCommerce or other commerce-based web platforms
An online portfolio is required.
