OVERVIEW
The company is looking for an avid and industrious sales and business development leader to aggressively build
& expand its business and clientele. Success will be defined as achieving momentous compounded financial
growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The candidate will be at the front of the company and should have the capability to create and apply an effective
strategy whose ultimate outcome is to position the company as an industry leader.
The candidate should be a dedicated professional and a strategic thinker who has a very broad understanding of
the organisation’s core competencies and will assist in the overall management of a diverse portfolio of offerings
and understand the unique needs of clients.
Core Responsibilities
– Engage with customers through a highly consultative, relation building approach that reflects a deep
understanding of the organisational needs
– Understand, articulate and effectively sell compelling business case and value propositions to target
clients
– Responsible for driving key strategic initiatives, critical business decision making, deal analysis and
setting the overall growth trajectory of the organisation
– Responsible for hiring, creating sales KPIs, managing and mentoring other business development
associates
– Develop, maintain and train an expert level knowledge of all company products and services
– Establish/maintain strong industry presence and reputation through participation in industry conferences,
speaking engagements and effective use of social media
– Provide full visibility to the management about sales pipeline at frequent level, towards developing
business segments
– Enabling & setting up processes to ensure speedy proposals, follow ups, closures & sign ups and Ensure
profitability for every deal signed
– Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFP’s)
– Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executive
