Ather Energy Looking for Packaging Designer – Production Parts at Hosur, Tamil Nadu Full Time

You’ll be our: Packaging Designer – Production Parts

You’ll be based at: Ather Energy – Hosur Factory, Tamil Nadu

You’ll be aligned with: Specialist – Lead – Packaging

You’ll be a member of: Logistics

What you’ll do at Ather:
Packaging development for New Parts/Project Development for both production parts and spare parts.

Keep track of packaging adherence / anomalies in the regular supplies.

Packaging and freight validation

Continuous improvement in packaging for both production parts and spare parts.

Collaborate with the sourcing team in procuring company invested packaging assets in line with the production and sales volume ramp-up.

Build and maintain a centralized database system to capture all KPIs pertaining to Packaging.

Development of improvement plans from the gaps observed in KPIs.

Packaging Assets Monitoring and Inventory Audits.

Logistics Spend Budgeting and Realization.

Here’s what we are looking for:
Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in logistics functions and team management.

Knowledge of System tools, Packaging Design tools and applications for MIS

Interpersonal & communication skills

Problem solving skills

What you bring to Ather:
Anu undergraduate degree but B.E/B.Tech shall have more weightage

3+ years of relevant experience in packaging
