An overview of your job role:A Manager leads and mentors team within projects as well as provides guidance on UI related technologies and drives adoption of technology best practices within the track/team. Also manages clients, represents Avizva’s expertise and thought leadership in offering solutions leveraging UI technologies and applications.You are expected to be more than good at following levels:Must have hands on experience of working on HTML5, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors, Object Oriented Javascript, React, Redux Saga/Thunk, Lodash, knowledge of MVC Design Patterns, JSON, CordovaShould have experience with Micro Frontend Architecture, development of UI component libraryExpertise in working with Responsive Web DesignProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Gitlab, Bitbucket etcShould have experience in development and deployment of Hybrid Mobile ApplicationAdvanced knowledge of build systems such as Webpack, including Linting, Minifying, code splitting etcExperience on cross-browser compatibility testing, Accessibility and bug fixing, SEO and Mobile testingShould be familiar and comfortable with agile software development methodologiesShould have a working understanding of software development tools, ( e.g JIRA )Experience in Team Management and Client ManagementMust have’sabove 10 years of relevant experience
