System Administrator/Operator at venues are required to manage systems, networks, and related infrastructure in order to conduct secured and flawless exams. The System Administrator/Operator will be responsible for managing and controlling all the systems/network infrastructure and related activities (at pre-exam as well as during the exam) at the venue and they must comply with the defined reporting and compliance matrix.

Earning Potential – Salary up to INR 20000 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure systems are in good condition and keep a regular check as and when needed.
• Verify CCTV cameras at all key points, including emergency exits.
• Conduct system tests before exams and share results with stakeholders.
• Do a quick check of network stability on exam days.
• Set up Primary and Backup servers, and download necessary data.
• Complete staff verification.
• Manage exam-related tasks timely and efficiently.
• Monitor the exam network for issues throughout the exam.
• Stay in the server room, except when assisting Registration Managers/Invigilators.
• Ensure the candidate count matches the assessments submitted.
• Conclude exam slots once assessments are complete.
• Upload results and documents after slot closures.
• Provide System Operator feedback and conclude responsibilities.
