* Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities: • Will be responsible for managing new and existing initiatives related to Credit Cards. • Fair understanding of system and matrix for Credit Cards Business • Creation of Sales plan for Credit Card business of Alternate Channel. • Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisition profitability and employee development. • Driving Credit card business numbers through maintaining relationship with respective channel/Business. • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. • Identifying the need of sales training analyzing changing market trends & channel deployment etc. • Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work • Recruiting and Retaining high performers • Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction • Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations • Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets • Maintain relationship with respective biz stake holders for CC business drive handle issues & escalations provide support & guidance
Required Qualifications and Experience
