Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Purpose of the job is to ensure organizational commitments made by Sub Department as a Business are met within the timelines leading to overall delivery of organizational objectives.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities – Work on Special Projects and new initiatives which are core for launch & growth of the business – Providing a bridge of communication between the Chief & C-suite level executives of external organizations – Support in working on key projects by managing the project trackers updates and status on on-going basis. – Work closely & effectively with the Chief to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities – Monthly business number tracking preparation of forecasts & variance analysis – Work with Business and Vertical Heads to formulate strategic decks for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Long Range Strategy (LRS) Ruminate etc.
• Major Challenges – Availability & accuracy of data.
• Key Decisions / Dimensions – No major decisions executed at the level

Required Qualifications and Experience

• a) Qualifications Master of Business Administration (Marketing/Finance/General Management) b) Work Experience Minimum 4-6 years
