Job Description
Salary working along with finance team
Working with HR team for leave and attendance management
Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc
Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating the time schedules with the employees, and arranging food and other necessities
Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
Handling overall office infrastructure. Taking care of cleaning, decoration, washrooms, etc
Handling the various vendors such as, AC, Office Building, Cafeteria, Lunch, etc
Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
Assisting the HR department in scheduling, coordinating and executing training and other office events
Making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings
Working closely with the CEO and senior management
Coordinating with HR team for Joining and Exit formality
Managing the HRMS software and handling the documentations
