As a WordPress Developer with at least 1 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites while ensuring they are optimized for performance and SEO.

Responsibilities:

Customization: Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates to meet clients’ specific requirements.

Development: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch when necessary, following best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems in WordPress websites.

Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO, improving user experience.

Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other services as needed.

Responsive Design: Ensure websites are responsive and mobile-friendly across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and project management teams to translate design concepts into functional websites.

Maintenance: Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks to keep websites secure and up-to-date.

Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of customization and development work.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development and customization.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with WordPress themes and plugin development.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

Familiarity with SEO best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Portfolio of previous WordPress projects is a plus
