Position – Executive/ Sr. ExecutiveReports to – Head of CommunicationLocation: BML Campus , 67 Milestone, NH 08, Kapriws, Gurgaon HaryanaRole and ResponsibilityThe role requires the person to have a combination of skills and qualities that enable them to effectively plan, execute, and monitor the University’s social media strategy.They should be able to leverage their knowledge of social media platforms, written and verbal communication skills and creative thinking to craft social media campaigns that best represent the University’s brand identity.They should have strong analytical skills to track KPIs and adjust their communication strategy accordingly.The person should have a flair for creativity, be adaptable, and able to stay updated about the latest social media trends and best practices.Role RequirementsExtensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices ( Especially Instagram)Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and keep a tab on the competitionSet specific objectives and report on ROIGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Develop and execute content calendarsCreate and nurture social media communitiesCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviewsOversee social media accounts’ designSuggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsEligibility:Graduate/ Post GraduateMinimum 2-5 yrs of exp.
