In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Technical roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for performing daily and monthly reconciliation, client free money and network management activities.
Responsible for processing NAV positions received from different sources.
Requesting reports from responsible teams for the missing statements.
Formatting and Loading position and transaction feeds received through various sources on daily basis into TLM.
Clearing transaction breaks in TLM by Coordinating with internal and external teams.
Reviewing and updating the break reasons for the unmatched transactions.
Preparing MI reports as per the requirement from onshore team.
Performing different report (eg., Client Money calculation report, Posting Client Money adjustment and Protecting the Client Money)
Journalizing Interest and charges for Clients.
Charges verification with the invoice received.
Should be able to create SOP’s for standard business functions
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Extensive Fund accounting or Recon experience.
Exposure to different Recon tools (TLM, etc.,) will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and Team engagement skills.
Candidate should be self-propelled.
Good experience in data analysis, creating ppts and good communication skills.
Expertise on tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and curious towards understanding Power BI, SQL, Python.
Taking ownerships to bring in new automations as process improvement.
Flexible enough to work on rotational shifts.
Contributes to the achievement of team objective.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
5 years of experience in reconciliation process is required.
