Overall technically and economically responsible for complete product (SW + HW + Mechanics)

Planning and tracking of project and associated project management activities

Responsible for achieving the project objectives and goals like quality, on time delivery etc.

Maintain customer interaction and work on customer satisfaction improvement

Requirement, Validation, Quality and Release management

Risk management and Problem Resolution Management

Handling and driving Project Review Committee evaluation

Coordination of HW- and SW deliveries for sample- and series ECU’s for production, launch management

Adherence to company and BU guidelines, policies and legal terms

Series maintenance

Associate development

Qualifications

Btech/Mtech in electronics or related streams.

10-12Years of engineering experience (Automotive domain preferred)

Profound project management expertise (including processes, methods and tools),

Having very good leadership skills

Ability to take decisions based on profound technical knowledge of the product to be developed and launched

Recommended skill set for the international project management:

Willingness to lead an international team

Appropriate cultural experience to handle global team/customers

Positive attitude, sensitivity & ability to build bridges between different cultures

Ability to appreciate others perspective

Patience to listen & understand others opinion
