WHAT YOU”LL DO You will join BCG’s in-house Global Transfer Pricing team. Your overall responsibilities will vary depending upon the needs of the Transfer Pricing team as well as the broader Global Tax team but the primary responsibilities will include assisting in preparing bridge reconciliations between US GAAP and local statutory accounts in the scope of the application of our global transfer pricing policy and the preparation of global transfer pricing documentation for the various BCG affiliates. YOU”RE GOOD AT * Using financial systems and analytical tools to prepare bridge reconciliations between US GAAP and local statutory accounts.* Preparing and maintaining Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File and Local Files) working closely with the Local Finance Teams and advisors.* Developing and using tools and systems (Tableau, Alteryx, among others) expertise to improve documentation and reconciliations.* Monitoring local Transfer Pricing regulations and providing recommendations on documentation requirements.* Providing analysis and support to Tax and Local Finance teams during tax audits as it pertains to transfer pricing documentation and bridge accounting reconciliations.* Collaborating in transformation of tax processes and automation initiatives in the team.* Supporting the Group’s Country-by-Country Reporting process; and* Assisting in ad hoc Transfer Pricing projects and/or new initiatives. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) * +3 years of Transfer Pricing experience with consulting firms or in an industry role* A degree in accounting or finance* Experience with enterprise accountings systems is required. Specific experience with Oracle/HFM and SAP would be ideal.* Strong writing, analytical, research, and organizational skills are critical* Strong Excel and Alteryx skills* Strong knowledge of the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP YOU”LL WORK WITH Members of our finance team are responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG.
