Our current portfolio spans 25+ brands.We are looking for a creative and passionate Art Director to take on the creative development for one of our teams. You will work in close cooperation with the Account Managers and clients to develop strategies and communication solutions and work hands-on on brand projects and collaterals. You will be a creative speaking partner to inspire the project team to push boundaries, excel in visual branding, and deliver consistent high-end communication productions.The successful candidate has in-depth knowledge of communication, graphic design, trends in the industry, and superb visual storytelling capabilities. You have an open proactive mindset with well-developed critical thinking and design execution skills.What You’ll Do (but are not limited to):As Art Director, you will be expected to transform briefs into conceptual cohesive ideas and develop innovative communication solutions and international designs. Well-versed in branding and brand management and love design challenges. Good branding tells a story, and you are a star in visual storytelling. Your ideas are always well-founded in the objectives, and you know that a good design is more than color and shapes. We offer you an exciting position in a dynamic team working in an international setting.Translate briefs into communication solutions that are on-brand as well as both visually enticing and emotionally engaging.Generate clear ideas, concepts, and design assets with creative effectiveness, and do so by introducing and applying expert art direction to creative projects.Guiding and inspiring the team to come up with cutting-edge communication design solutionsJuggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.Work closely and collaboratively with Account Services, Strategy, and Project Management team members to ensure creative quality deliverables and deadlines are met for all the projects.Assist the Creative Head in creating and streamlining creative processes from time to time to ensure the creative team is working to their full potential.Partner with Copywriters to deliver creative solutions.Function as a mentor to a team of designers by setting creative visions, providing constructive feedback and guidance, and supporting their professional development in their roles.What You’ll Need8-11 experience in a relevant field of design work and brand identities, probably in an independent role. Experience from a creative agency work is an advantage.Minimum 4-5 years’ experience working as a Senior Visualizer or Art Director in a reputed advertising agency, communication design house and/or digital agency.International experience is an advantage.A degree, diploma or certification in communication design, graphic design or any other form of visual art from a recognized institute is a must.Advanced user of the Adobe Creative suite as well as additional design software, tools and equipmentComfortable in a Windows base work environmentExcellent written and verbal skills in English are requiredAbility to articulate the design rationale in an effective manner and explain & support design strategies & solutions while presenting them, both internally and externally, in an inspiring wayFlexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needsAbility to provide and receive feedback on design and artworks, constructivelyWell organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.A proclivity for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines.Traits that matter to usAbility to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with a sensibility for clean, modern design.An inquisitive mind and never stop challenging the status quo approach.A positive person and a good team player, who does not shy away from taking initiative and working independently when needed.Someone who genuinely likes helping and guiding others.How We’ll Support YouWe are passionately invested in supporting our people to reach their full potential.
