The Impact Science team unlocks the potential of scholarly publishers, academic societies, research institutions, science outreach organizations, and researchers by telling their science stories to the world. Using content formats and styles including plain language summaries, research news stories, infographics, videos, our writers, editors, graphic designers, animators, and web developers form a robust science communication team.

Job responsibilities:
Checking whether all elements of a predefined quality control checklist have been adhered to and whether all processes have been completed as per requirements.

Coordinating with the delivery teams to ensure that process gaps are addressed.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
A Bachelor’s degree in any field

Ability to communicate and resolve conflict effectively

Steep learning curve

Responsiveness to feedback

Good communication skills
