Job Title: Telugu/Kannada Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a Telugu/Kannada Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Telugu/Kannada-speaking customers and resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or manager
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
Fluent in Telugu/Kannada and English
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
