Check responsiveness of the content when creating or updating page content, Update SEO parameters for existing or new content display continuous improvement in performance while working on client tickets, while maintaining a high-quality output.
Perform quality checks and audits to identify and resolve website experience issues (typos, broken links, functionality errors, poor usability, etc.) Ensure that content publication follows governance principles and client visual identity guidelines and support website rollouts.
Report access or platform issues to the team lead and coordinate with relevant technical teams to get them resolved, Onboard new and retraining existing users in the CMS and content management Create and update web pages for websites hosted on AEM through integration of text, images, documents, and videos, in a timely manner, ensuring quality.
