Job Description
3-6 years of Technical experience
Analyze and resolve data and technical issues raised by the users.
Automation of process and Jobs
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Experience in Open Text Content Server (preferably V 21.2)
Good knowledge on Live reports and web reports.
Good communication skills since this role involves lot of interactions with Business.
Understanding on JAVA, Content Server, Scripting languages is a plus
Knowledge on databases (oracle preferably) and have some experience in writing SQL queries
Good at understanding integration with other tools
Migration of future Archive Markets
Miles to Migration Project. Here we are planning to implement Content Server solution for all European markets who will be using Miles as their application.
Expertise with onboarding new Applications into our Archive Infrastructure
Operations Support Archive Solution Open Text Products
Daily Operations Housekeeping , Monitoring
Check Pipeline Server and Archiver Serve and check , if any documents are stuck in the Pipeline and interact with business Team to reprocess the documents.
Patching of Open Text Products
Incident Management Support 2nd Level)
