The Senior SACM CMDB Consultant leads oversees the delivery of a formal CSDM CMDB for one or more accounts
A leader in their area of expertise recognized as a subject matter expert in all aspects relating to CSDM and the CMDB and ensures that the implemented process is followed to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the data within
Experienced in governance industry standards implementations and audits of the CMDB Leads CMDB remediations and or troubleshooting efforts either on request or proactively
Takes ownership and leadership of CMDB initiatives
Expert in areas such as governance industry standards and implementations of CSDM CMDB models
Champion of CMDB and Configuration Management lifecycle process and procedures to ensure the data accuracy and integrity and usage to support Service Management processes
