Job Description
Experience in managing Windows Server 2003 2008 2012 2016 2019 and 2022. Good knowledge in Windows Server Active directory DNS DHCP
Provide documentation about rules and work instructions cabling plans and definitions and design system retirement of the datacenter
Co ordinate and order new hardware with OEMs for replacement as well as pick up and scrapping excluding network devices
Co ordinate with the responsible resolution team Provider customer s internal team 3rd party to obtain the exact instructions on what activities need to be performed
Co ordinate with client to help Capgemini engineer access respective DC Provide cost handling and charging process
Prepare documentation related to all Hardware SAN and NAS Storage Infra Lifecycle etc
Perform hardware monitoring Support and manage tickets with respective vendors and OEMs.
Manage Outlook mail inboxes for DC Management Reporting activities for business and delivery operations Backup Upgrade Patch decommission compliance reports
Primary Skills
