Job Description:
Role: E2E Validation Engineer
Accountable for end-to-end System Integration of offboard and onboard products.
Coordinate with Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners , System Architect and SIV Lead for System Feature requirements and ensure timely content developed and validated by meeting Quality goals
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the product portfolio by working with Business teams based on the customer inputs
Convert the business requirements into System requirements and detail out the System level Test cases
Develop High level Design of End-to-End System Validation Strategy
Review the System Integration test plans
Understand the customer issues reported from field and work with teams to deliver the fix
Review the Bugs reported and provide direction if needed
Review the test results from subsystems
Helps in troubleshooting Production Issues & Root Cause/Escape Analysis
Required Experience/ Skills:
Hands on System Level Integration of automotive / construction / mining / industrial embedded control systems
Hands on Experience in Networking concepts & protocols (TCP/ IP, UDP, sockets)
Hands on Experience in Embedded Communication Protocols (CAN/J1939/Serial Communication Protocols / Modbus/OPC/OSI Pi)
Highly experienced in Telematics System Validation
Hands on experience in Cloud applications
Ability to identify, track defects at a System Integration with excellent analytical skills and eye for detail to debug / find root cause
Exposure to data visualization validation
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics curriculum
Relevant work experience required: 8 to 12 years with bachelor’s Degrees, 7 to 10 years with Masters.
