Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team . The BDM will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in the US IT staffing industry. The successful candidate must have a well-established network and track record of working with Direct Clients or Implementation partners(IPs) and must be proficient in securing C2C (Corp-to-Corp) opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the US IT staffing industry.

A well-established network and successful track record of working with Direct Clients or IPs.

Proficiency in securing C2C opportunities is a must.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
